Don't want to go on a dive tour?
Already have our books?
Then why not buy our house?!

An idle mind is the devil's playground

I knew we'd get into trouble if we stayed home more than a month or two. Our planned summer of leisure and relaxation on the eve of our semi-retirement collapsed in a heap of horse... droppings... when, in a moment of divine inspiration or more likely, a major chemical imbalance in our brains, we decided we wanted to buy an equestrian ranch. Clearly our accountant was drunk, but he said okay and it's too late now.  Yes, we're living on a ranch already, but we want an entire ranch all of our own because...er, we needed a little adventure in our lives?

Total privacy!

Whatever the reason for our temporary insanity, here's your chance to own a stunningly gorgeous piece of Colorado Rocky Mountain paradise.  Sitting on 35 acres, our house backs up to over 1,500,000 acres of the White River National

Forest, and not a single building sits before our spectacular view of 13,000 ft.  Mt. Sopris, nor ever will. We are part of a 2,000 acre private ranch, with underground wiring throughout, two barns, a riding arena, a full time manager plus an equestrian manager, miles of private horseback trails in summer and cross country ski trails in winter, a polo field and 400 acres of beautifully irrigated pastures.  We are just 1/2 hour from the world famous skiing of Aspen and Snowmass, spitting distance from outstanding golf courses and Gold Medal trout fishing.  Our property is totally secluded, yet easily accessible. Not a single man-made sound can be heard from our house, unless a plane flies overhead. Wildlife of all kinds abounds on our property, with deer and elk regular visitors in our yard.

13,000 ft. mountain views!

The price for all this luxury?  Like one of our tours, it's embarrassingly cheap, in fact, too cheap to print!  We've included some color photos on this website so please feel free to have a look.  But for the financial  details of this near charity give away, you'll have to contact Carol Dopkin at Carol Dopkin Real

This custom designed house is magnificent, but the setting, the spectacle of nature we look out upon, is something money truly cannot buy.  Wait a minute, did I say that?  Of course money can buy it!  Call Carol. Serious inquiries only, please.

it's not just a mountain estate, it's a lifestyle
