orcas, the marlin, the dolphin, the barracuda, the curtains of creole fish, the massive shoals of salemas, shimmering schools of steel pompanos, the turtles, the marine iguanas... shall I go on? Let's not forget the great close-up subjects, with frogfish, rosey-lipped batfish, magnificent scallops, pike blennies, seahorse, arrow crabs, nudibranchs and much, much more. When the occasion arises, we will also visit the cream of the Galapagos land visits. But be advised, this is primarily a dive trip, and land visits will always take a back seat to our dive itinerary. Even scheduled land tours may be canceled if we have hit the jackpot at a particular dive site. One of the dramatic aspects of diving Galapagos is the very real fact that anything and everything can happen any place and any time. Never have we dived a destination with more unpredictable, heart-stopping action! |
